Brennah Schmelzer

Brennah began dancing at the age of 6 at the Dance Center, starting with ballet and quickly expanding into lyrical, contemporary, jazz, modern and musical theater. During her time at the studio, she completed each of her RAD ballet exams, competed with the studio’s competition team, performed with the Spokane Ballet Ensemble, and served as choreographer and captain of her high school drill team.

Brennah returned back to the Dance Center during her sophomore year of college and began teaching ballet and jazz. Starting mainly with the little ones and slowly making her way through teaching every age, she currently teaches Jazz 6 and Lyrical/Contemporary 7. This will be Brennah’s fifth year teaching at the Dance Center, and her fourth year choreographing for the studio’s competition team.
